Justin Bieber WINS NEW ARTIST OF THE YEAR at the 2010 VMAs!

Last night, millions of votes across the nation from his biggest fans helped Justin Bieber take home the win for Best Artist of the year at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, up against other breakout artists including Jason Derulo and Ke$ha.
